Speaking swedish again

At one of my workplaces, I met a swede that lives here in town, and we ended up talking for a long time. It is such a kick to be a swede again, even if it is only for moment! I wish there were more swedes here in town. If I was wealthy I would fly 'home' more often.
I called on a really cute rental cabin, but they didn't want to take dogs. Oh well, I'll find something eventually. Had another somewhat terrible phone call, what is up with all these bad news? Something totally different today though.

Worked two of my jobs, but quit around 5:40 p.m. to have the rest of the night off, to play soccer. It was so worth it, loosing a little money, but I had a blast! It was just what I needed because when I got home I got a bad phone call that would have totally ruined my day/week if I hadn't been pumped full of endorphins from playing. It's hard to watch somebody hurt them self and others by their wrong decisions. I guess I just have to try to be a good friend and never give up...

School's on again

Back in school again after a short break. It is so weird to get a break so early in the semester... My math book finally showed up in the mail, so now I have no more excuses for not studying more math. I have to play catch-up. Didn't play soccer tonight, because it's been raining so much lately and it just stopped right before practise, I just didn't want to slip around in the grass/mud! Listened to our governor except her nomination for vice president 2008. Who would have thought!!
When I went to the library to do some research for my art history paper, I ran into my friend Bekah, she looked so awesome I had to take this picture!

Worked at the restaurant, but didn't have to work at the print shop today because the owners are out of town. Got so much stuff done! The library was open late tonight so after work I went to use the Internet. I got an e-mail from Sweden. My friend is moving to Brisbane, Australia next year and I'll have to go visit!!!! How am I going to afford it? Have no idea, but I still really want to go.
Troy got a new toy and wouldn't let go! I got an other homegrown tomato off my plant!
