If you haven't seen one before, this is a centipede. They are nasty looking animals with poisonous fangs. I found two of them in the house in the last two days, one alive and one dead. Yuck!
I was very lazy today. It felt good, but now I have to do the rest of the cleaning in the morning before I drive to town. I have to get up early anyway since Garett is set to leave on the boat at 7 a.m.
I did an upper body workout today but I am having trouble with getting enough cardio. The Highway has no room to spare for runners, it's a tight squeeze, but maybe if I run early before all the tourists show up I can do it. There is a High School nearby and perhaps if I am lucky they will have a field I can use. Will check it out tomorrow.
